Sergeant First Class!

We found out on Monday that Darrell's promotion to Sergeant First Class (SFC) will be official on March 1st! Congrats Darrell!!

He'll be a platoon sergeant from this point on. Really, he's been doing it unofficially for years, so he has plenty of practice.

However, he'll be away at a leadership school when the next cycle picks up. By the time he gets back from school, I'll be just a few weeks away from having the baby. So he'll train them for those few weeks, then take the rest of the cycle off to be at home.

It'll be the NEXT cycle after that that he really takes over and does things his way. :)
